Accessibility Statement

Code Art Web Solutions S.R.L. wants VantagePrompt to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology. This statement explains the standard we work toward, what we know is not there yet, and how to tell us when something blocks you.

Last updated: 18 August 2026

1. Scope

This statement covers the VantagePrompt web application and its public pages at the domain on which you are reading it. It does not cover third-party interfaces we embed or link to — most notably the payment pages hosted by Stripe, which are governed by Stripe's own accessibility practices.

2. The standard we work toward

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA, the technical standard referenced by the European harmonised standard EN 301 549 and by Legea 232/2022, which transposes the European Accessibility Act. We treat level AA as the target; level AAA is not a commitment.

3. Current status — partially conformant

We describe the Service as partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. “Partially conformant” means parts of the Service do not yet fully meet the standard. No independent third-party accessibility audit has been carried out, so we do not claim full conformance — we would rather tell you that plainly than publish a claim we cannot back up.

4. What we have done

  • Reduced motion is honoured. If your system asks for reduced motion, the landing animations are disabled rather than merely shortened.
  • Visible focus indicators on interactive controls, so keyboard position is never invisible.
  • Responsive, mobile-first layouts that reflow down to narrow viewports without horizontal scrolling.
  • Light and dark themes built on a shared colour-token system whose contrast pairs are verified by computed ratio, in both themes, rather than by eye.
  • Every public page scores 100 on the Lighthouse accessibility audit, in light and dark mode alike — the landing page, pricing, the guides, the legal pages, sign-in and registration. That is an automated check, not a substitute for the audit described below, but it is measured rather than assumed.
  • Semantic HTML with text alternatives for meaningful imagery.

5. Known limitations

We are aware of the following areas where the Service may not yet meet the standard. We list them because an honest gap is more useful to you than a blanket claim:

  • There is no “skip to content” link. Keyboard and screen-reader users must currently traverse the navigation on every page (WCAG 2.4.1).
  • The prompt editor is built on a code-editor component whose screen-reader behaviour we have not independently verified.
  • Data-dense tables and charts in the analytics and admin areas may be difficult to interpret with a screen reader.
  • The measured pages are the public ones. Contrast and the automated audit were run across the pages anyone can reach without an account; the signed-in application — the optimizer, history, billing, team and admin screens — has not had the same sweep, so individual component states there may still fall short.
  • An automated audit is not a conformance test. Automated tooling catches a minority of WCAG criteria. Keyboard traps, focus order, screen-reader labelling and reading order need a person, and no independent audit of those has been carried out.
  • AI-generated output is returned as supplied by the model provider; we do not control its structure or reading order.

Legea 232/2022 exempts micro-enterprises that supply services — fewer than 10 employees and annual turnover or balance-sheet total at or below the RON equivalent of €2 million. Code Art Web Solutions S.R.L. is within those thresholds. Because the Service is nevertheless sold to consumers online, we publish this statement and work toward the standard voluntarily rather than rely on the exemption.

7. Feedback — tell us what blocked you

If you hit an accessibility barrier, email contact@vantageprompt.com or call +40 771 006 756. Describing the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use helps us reproduce it. We aim to reply within 10 working days. If you need information from the Service in an alternative format, ask us and we will provide it.

8. Enforcement

If we do not respond, or our response does not resolve the issue, you can complain to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), which supervises the application of Legea 232/2022 for commercial services in Romania.

9. About this statement

This statement was prepared by Code Art Web Solutions S.R.L. on the basis of an internal self-assessment. It reflects the state of the Service on the date shown at the top of the page and is reviewed when the interface changes materially.
